According to Nyesom Wike, he said " We hope that President Muhammadu Buhari will follow the rule of law and allow the judges to determine the fate of Nnamdi Kanu. Everyone is watching what is happening in the country and they are interested in what the government will do to Nnamdi Kanu at the end of the day. Even though he has committed many crimes, he should be prosecuted accordingly. "

" After the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, the government should also go to the north and other parts of the country to arrest the bandits and the leaders of terrorist organizations. They have caused great harm to Nigeria and the people want to know what the government is doing about it. It does not matter if we are from the same state or not, what matters is how the president and other lawmakers in the country carry out their duties, " he said.
